Multimedia and Flash Presentations

Multimedia on the web is the use of video, sound and animation, and several proprietary technologies are used to achieve this. The most common are Flash, Shockwave, Real Video and Real Audio.

They can also be used within the site but, in general, the watchword is “caution”. Too much animation can have a turn-off effect.
